Luxury modern villa built in 2012, garden 800 sqm, 150 sqm living area. The villa is situated 50 m from the Danube and 3 km from the mouth of the Danube to the Black Sea. Capacity: 6 people. The home consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (shower room, master bathroom), lounge with cheminée, LCD TV and home cinema, bar, fully equipped American kitchen (granite, glass ceramic, oven, micro-where dishwasher ), washing machine, wireless internet, air conditioning. The villa has two terraces (one on the top overlooking the Danube), BBQ (barbecue) with thatched gazebo, hammock, pond with fish and water lilies, grass.RATES:

We offer a quiet and reserved location, dedicated to family, friendly and business meetings, teambuildings for a limited number of people. Due to its exceptional location, you are closed to a variety of restaurants, transport to the beach, etc.
Various excursions have been thought in order to help you to discover the wonderful places in the Danube Delta Reservation, especially MELEA, THE RED LAKE, SACALIN ISLAND, THE LETEA FOREST, sailing on the sea, visiting Sulina town and beach.
These trips are organized on our motorboat (150 hp, 6 places, minibar, cabin) with our driver / guide. We organize freshwater and sea fishing depending on the season and weather. We can supply small fishing utensils, although not recommended to professional fishermen.
We provide transfers from MURIGHIOL / MAHMUDIA / TULCEA - SFÂNTU GHEORGHE and return. We provide bikes, fitness equipment. In order to guarantee discretion and privacy to our clients, hotel services are provided only on request (housekeeping, laundry, traditional food (at choice), and you should announce them to the concierge at least one day in advance.
A deposit of 50% is required to guarantee your reservation. In case of interest please contact us for bank details. The balance is payable in cash at the end of your stay. No credit card accepted.
In case of a cancellation at least one week (7 days) before the start of your stay, we reimburse the whole deposit payd in advance. At least 48 hours before the start of their stay, 50% of the deposit will be reimbursed.
If canceled less than 48 hours before the start of your stay, the deposit is not refundable.
A security deposit of € 300 is required at the beginning of your stay. This amount will be refunded at the end of your stay if there is no damage.
